I need an expert opinion on conflicting views regarding Tuberous Breasts. (photos)

Tuberous breasts can be very challenging. Correction involves an augmentation combined with elevating and sometimes decreasing the size of the nipple areolar complex as well as creating a more natural inframammary fold (lower breast crease). I am not aware of any oral supplement that can accomplish this.

There is a reason the photo of the woman who used the creams is in a bra. Hopefully that product wasn't expensive as there is no cream that will correct tuberous breasts. You do have a mild form of tuberous breasts and a breast augmentation with a small lift can give you an excellent result. Best of luck

You are not going to be able to change the shape of your breasts with non surgical methods.  You will not be changing the technical maneuvers that will be used to correct your breast shape.  You just need to find a doctor that can handle this breast shape, which is not nearly as difficult as you think it is.  If someone told you that your breast shape was extremely difficult, they were just revealing their inexperience in this field and should not be used to correct your anatomy.  You need to find someone who has seen and treated successfully this breast shape hundreds and thousands of times.  You do not need to use unsafe supplements to increase the size of your breasts to set the surgeon up to perform their craft.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photo it appears you have asked a previous question regarding the Brava device. Please see that answer I posted. I do not believe any of the supplements you mention will work. I have had my own patients, who I have performed BA surgery on, tell their friends they use certain supplements to make their breasts larger. I would be very cautious about supplements and what you read. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified PS who can help you make an informed decision. Best of luck.

I am not even sure I agree your breasts qualify as tuberous but they are ptotic. Bigger never really helps much.  A mastopexy will be worth the scars and discomfort if you are that unhappy with your appearance. Implants alone will make this just a larger version of what you see. I have no experience with herbal breast enlargement and will not comment.

Tuberous breasts occur during breast development and their constrictions do not change by taking supplements. Also, if herbal supplements for growing breasts actually worked, the FDA would want to change its classification.Judging by your photos, you have grade 2 tuberous breasts with ptosis. No matter what non-surgical routines you try, you will likely need a vertical mastopexy for correction, whether or not you want a breast augmentation.When you are ready, find a plastic surgeon with extensive experience correcting tuberous breasts, but please stop wasting your money on the supplements.

You are throwing money away by using any creams to significantly change your tuberous breasts. Consult in-person with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes .

Correction for tuberous breast involves a simultaneous mastopexy and breast augmentation. All of the other supplements will not make any appreciable difference. A consultation would be helpful to show you how this works.

Unfortunately, there are no oral supplements that will substantially change the size and/or shape of your breasts.
