I recently traveled abroad to have surgery. He took the cast off on the 4th day even though my eyes were so black they would not open and it clearly wasn't ready . He took the splints out at the same time and I lost so much blood then i thought i was going to die . I came home and he told me to take stitches out ten days after I leave . So that would of been 16 days after surgery . When i google this it says I will scar and need to be out on 7th day . He told all the girls different days

Dear Butilove in
Ukiah:
Naomi Campbell has an attractive nose for her face but it would
not necessarily work well on yours. If
the bones are too wide and the tip is too plump, then consider
rhinoplasty. Consultations will be
important for you. Be sure to have
computer imaging to ...
Typically, one can expect less swelling from "shaving down" the nasal bones as compared to "breaking the nasal bones" (osteotomies). You should still expect tip swelling from the open approach. Good luck
It depends on several factors-skin thickness, how much work was done on the radix-either decreasing it, or augmenting it. Since the skin on that part of the nose is thinner, as compared to the rest of the nose, swelling should resolve faster than the tip.
