How to improve my side profile? (photos)

Question

My side profile has always made me feel insecure, not only that I feel when I capture different angles of my nose I don't particularly like it. Ive always wanted a button nose, with a nice curve, and a rounded tip. I am 19 years old and I don't want to have anything too extreme done however enough to see a difference. Not only do I not like my nose from the side I also feel my forehead protrudes more than normal, and I also feel I have no shape in my face. What do you suggest?

You've asked about improving side profile, but have not shown a photo of your side profile.  Be sure to discuss with your own surgeon about how this applies to you, and whether they have any special concerns in your case.

A photograph of the side profile is required to make any comments about a side profile improvement. It's also important to have a clear view of the nose without any obstruction in the photographs. The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage which can be shaved down in order to improve the profile. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are also required to narrow the bridge line. You would have an opportunity to discuss the concerns you have about your profile and understand what the procedure may entail. Hi, I have performed and taught Rhinoplasty for 30 years.  The nose is a bit wide with a wide, over projected nasal tip (sticks too far off of the face).  Rhinoplasty can address these issues making the nose more refined, feminine and naturally attractive.  From the photos, the chin is weak and the cheeks are flat.   A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose look larger and the mid face appear top heavy.  Chin augmentation with a dermal filler (Restylane Lyft) or using a chin implant for a permanent enhancement will create harmony and balance to the lower face.  Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most feminine and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped face have cheeks that are full and round anteriorly (in the front).  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler (Restylane Lyft) or with cheek implants can create full, round cheeks anteriorly that will feminize the entire face.  Hope this helps.

Since you did not provide profile views, there is not much to advise.Find a qualified surgeon and go over your pictures with the surgeon.A "round tip" is probably what you don't want. It is not aesthetic. Make sure your when you talk to the doctor, you use the doctor's terminology. See what work the doctor has done and show which noses you admire.
