I have a small face, with a prominent mid face and I need advice to balance my profile with a more longer oval face. (Photo)

I have been said that I'm a candidate for a chin implant and a sliding genioplasty, to increase my vertical length, as I feel that would balance my prominent mid face. As I already have a small nose, will I be needing a rhinoplasty after vertical lengthening of my face for a better profile?
