Can grafts be pulled out 6 months after hair transplant?

It would not be possible to pull out the transplanted grafts after 6 months.  The grafts are relatively secure a few days after surgery.

By 9 days after a procedure the grafts are completely incorporated into the scalp and cannot be pulled out.You can pull out a shaft of hair but the follicle remains and will generate another hair just like normal.Next time don't go for the deep tissue massage.

the 4th day we tell our patients to return to their routine
activities and by day 7, patients may return to strenuous exercise.   So, in answer to your question, your new
grafts are firmly imbedded and part of your scalp by the first week.   The hair will grow back even if you pull
hair shafts from transplanted hair at this point.

You can not pull or tug any of the grafts out after 6 months.  You can live your life normally, the hair is all secure.

6 months after a hair transplant you can not pull out the grafts. The should have started to grow and the grafts have already disappeared. 

After 6 months you don't have anything to worry about as far as being cautious with the grafts. They have become completely embedded in the scalp by the first 7-10 days.
