I had a fue hair transplant 1 year ago and the back of my head still looks like this. I want to know id there is anything that can be done about this. Thanks a lot.

Answer: It is unfortunate but FUE is not a "scarless" surgery. You cannot remove the scarring but you can consider
Minoxidil should be fine to use past one month, provided that the healing process of your FUE has been fairly normal. A little irritation is a common side effect of it and if it doesn't bother you then it's nothing to worry about. But talking to your doctor about whether it's safe to start...
If your fever is from something unrelated to the transplant (cold/flu, etc.) then your transplants should be fine. If it's accompanied by signs that point to an infection on your scalp (scalp redness, irritation, etc.) then that is something you need to see your doctor about in order to address.
