Most plastic surgery offices offer some type of third-party financing for a rhinoplasty procedure. In addition, sometimes best to check with your local banker if you have a relationship with them, since the interest rate might be lower. Some offices also offer a payment plan such that the patient can make all payments and then have the surgery performed. Rhinoplasty is a Very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon based on experience, not price.
Thank you for your question.I would schedule a consultation with a few board certified plastic surgeons in your area and see if they offer any financing options. Most do offer financing options for their patients such as Care Credit. You can simply go online and apply and if you are approved then you can pay for your surgery with your carecredit card then make monthly payments on it. Best of luck.Sincerely,James Fernau, MD, FACSBoard Certified ENTBoard Certified Plastic SurgeryMember of ASPS, ASAPS, ISAPS, The Rhinoplasty Society, AAFPRS, OTO/HNS, ASLMS, International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics & Science

Also some offices might allow you to make pre payments on your surgery and hold the money in an account until it can be paid in full. Contact your surgeons office for what options they may have to offer you.
