Dr. Bundrick is kind and thorough. He really took the time during my consultation to address all of my concerns and tailored my procedure precisely to my wants. His work was impeccable and I have a better figure now than before I had kids! Absolutely the best experience you will ever have.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bundrick! Him & the staff were very nice and professional. I had a breast augmentation & I couldn't be happier with my results! He even called me after my procedure to check in! Would definitely recommend him to my family & friends!
After 4 children my body was not getting where I wanted it to be, without help from an experienced professional. Dr B was the 3nd doctor I had consulted with and he knew exactly what I wanted! He and his team were knowledgeable and professional the whole process. He even called my personally to follow up post-op when he was out of town. I am now 3 months post-op and my body looks better everyday. I never thought I would have the courage to wear a bikini again. This may be the time!
From the moment I met with Dr Bundrick, I felt that I was in good hands. He is a competent professional and has much valued experience. He was able to answer all of my questions and answer them in language that I understood. My results were beyond what I expected and one year post op my stomach is still flat... My weight has changed very little however, it appears as if I lost 40 pounds!! Thanks Dr. B
I am a month out today!!!! I am getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift without implants, lipo on sides of breast and love handles. I have been debating whether or not to write a review of my experience. Reading other experiences has helped me in my preparation. I decided to ditch my semi shyness and hopefully help someone else. I have watched so many videos, read numerous blogs, and received advice from friends who have had this procedure. I am so excited. My surgeon, Dr. Bundrick, suggested I lose 20-30 pounds before the procedure. I will have better results. I tried to lose it the old fashion way but knew I would need help. I decided to go with HCG. It has been great. After less than 3 weeks, I have lost 13 pounds. I am not hungry. I plan and prepare my meals a couple of days out so I am not caught unprepared. I have not hidden myself from the world. Temptation has been all around me. I just remember my goal and that birthday cake has been easy to resist. I feel like with some modification, I can continue with this menu even after my plan and surgery have been completed. I will post pictures later (once I get the nerve up). Updated on 26 Apr 2017: Went for my 2 week pre-op appointment today. Well, I was not prepared for my nurse Bonnie's request to possibly move my date up by one week. My wheels starting turning over the advantages and disadvantages of the shift. I said YES and would work out the details. I was mentally ready. I knew my rides would be easy to rearrange. My wonderful sister will be traveling to take care of me for 2 weeks. I asked her would she come earlier and being the wonderful sister that she is, she said, of course! Thank god I didn't buy her ticket yet. As soon as I got back to the office, I booked her flight! Now I am beyond excited. I have so many things to do in such a short time. My boyfriend will not be in town for the first 4 days. I see that as a bonus; I don't want him to see me during the hopefully worst days. I have lost 25 pounds since my first consultation- 5 before hcg and 20 with Hcg. I am quite sure I will lose a few more pounds in the next week. It was quite easy. I know having a big goal at the end helped my progress. I am adding a few before pictures. Too shy to post the sans close pictures yet. Updated on 26 Apr 2017: Ok, I decided to post the other photos I took. I have benefited from others maybe someone will benefit from mine. Updated on 3 May 2017: Wow, all I have left is a wake up! I am so ready but the last couple of days have been really hectic. Since my date was moved up, I have been trying to get everything at work ready for my 3 week absence. I think I have prepared all my users. They were great. One of my users is aware of my MM tomorrow. My boss is aware too. I hit the jackpot when Mr. T hired me. He told me not to be a hero and do what the doctor ordered. I did bring my laptop home but will not turn it on the first week of recovery. I am rambling but I am so excited. One of my wonderful sisters is here to take care of me. She said she would take care of me like my mother would. Another sister will arrive next week. My family has been real supportive throughout this whole process. Everything is set for tomorrow. I have 2 areas ready for me to relax - a recliner and the bed. all my mess and supplies are near by. My sister is all set. My dog is wondering what the heck is going on. I will post again when I can. See you on the flat side! Updated on 4 May 2017: Today was the day. My doctor was happy that I lost 30 pounds before surgery. I didn't know it but he is known as the boob doctor. Lol. Dr. Bundrick did an amazing job! Surgery took almost 6 hours; to me it was about 10-15 minutes. He closed my muscles about 6 inches in my lower tummy! 7 pounds of skin removed and 2 liters from lipo! I will verify this at my first PO. I am feeling great. I know this is subject to change. I got on the scale for fun and I weigh 1 pound more than this morning (that is subject to change too). I have lots of padding too. Swelling will change that too. I am moving around. He used experal so Iam not in a lot of pain right now. I wish that wouldn't change. We can all have dreams :) My lipo hole was draining in the back. My sister cleaned me and the bed up. She put pads on my back so more padding there. The picture is with the padding. I can take a shower tomorrow but will see how I feel. Finally getting tired. Before I forget, I want to thank my wonderful friends for their support today. This would not be possible without them. My wonderful sister is taking care of me. She is doing as well as my mother would; I wish my Mom was here :(. Ok, enough of putty party. Updated on 5 May 2017: Wow wow wow! I am still feeling great under the circumstances. Needed to clean up and clean binder. What I see so far looks fantastic. Once I am healed, I will be stupendous! Dr. Bundrick did a wonderful job. There is some swelling but not a lot yet. Lots of bruising! He did liposuction on the sides of my breast, flanks, stomach and mons. My mons is bruised but what a difference. I had a mons lift lol! My incision line is low. My breast look great. Drainage looks good today. I go for post op checkup on Wednesday; maybe it will come out then. Doing lots of walking, drinking lots water. Upped the protein intake. Have gas but no bm. Starting BeneFiber. I didn't eat any solids yesterday. I drank a green smoothie with extra protein, chicken broth, jello and lots of liquids. Today I had an egg, spinach and avocado omelet, yum! Happy with the progress so far! Updated on 6 May 2017: My sister is taking such great care of me. Getting up every 4 hours to make sure I have everything. Cooking for me. Taking care of my granddaughter. Putting on her bathing suit to help me take a shower. The shower and wrapping took a long time, but I feel better now. No complaints. Doing everything the doctor and nurse told me to do. Here are a few updated pictures. Updated on 9 May 2017: My sister and I have this healing thing down to a science. Showers take less and less time. The bruising is decreasing. I started having bm 3 days ago. I also stopped taking pain meds in the daytime 3 days ago. I just take them at night to make sure I get a solid nights sleep. My pain isn't that bad. I don't believe I got over a 4; except coughing, that is an 8. Of course, I get tired easily. My family has been great especially my sister. Another sister comes in tomorrow. The 3 of us are going to spend Mother's Day together. Wish my other sister could be here too. Looking forward to my first doctors appointment tomorrow. I do not regret this one bit. If you are on the fence, do it. Make sure you have support though! Updated on 10 May 2017: I saw Dr Bundrick and Nurse Bonnie. They were really pleased with my progress so far. He took out a few staples and told me to continue with my current regiment. Unfortunately, he didn't take out Geraldine (my drain). I didn't really expect him to since I am still putting out 70cc a day. Hopefully next week. My right breast has lots of bruising. He said he went to town with the lipo around that breast, lol! I am still swollen in lots of areas. Of course, that will improve with time. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have Dr. Bundrick work his artistic magic on my body. His staff is awesome too! I feel right at home when I walk through the doors. Since it was my first time away from the house, I may have over did it. We went shopping and then to a lite lunch. Another one of my sisters came in today. When I got home, instead of taking a nap, I stayed up for hours talking. Resting now. I am going to sleep tonight! A lot of my clothes are too big even with my body wrapped up! New wardrobe soon :) Updated on 14 May 2017: I have done what I knew I shouldn't. I felt great so I over did it on Thursday and especially Friday. I spent all day yesterday in bed. I got up periodically to walk around. Oh yeah, I am in swell hell. I am feeling much better today. Today I went to the movies with my sisters, granddaughter, and boyfriend and then put my feet up. Guardians of the Galaxy, vol2 was great! I have attached a few pictures of my journey. Updated on 15 May 2017: Woke up this morning to the drainage running down my leg. It also soiled my pajama bit to sleep. My granddaughter was up so I couldn't freak out. I asked my sister to come in my room when she was done. From what we could tell, due to the swell hell, some of the drainage was leaking through the tt line. We cleaned it up and it stopped oozing. Nothing looked infected and there was no pain. I am going to call my ps office today. I may need to be drained with the needle - ugh! Has this happened to anyone? Updated on 15 May 2017: Dr. Bundrick' nurses returned my call. Asked a bunch of questions - no fever, no pain, not yellow, no foul odor. I sent them pictures. Of courses, I have been in swell hell for the past few days. That happens a lot with lots of lipo. The oozing was the same stuff in my drain. My appointment was moved up to tomorrow instead of Wednesday. Of course, if there is more issue or it gets worse, I must call them immediately. Took my normal shower and cleaned my incisions as normal. I have an extra pad on in case of drainage. I am staying home today though. Updated on 16 May 2017: I went to my followup with a drain hole that opened on its own. At first there was no pain to it, but it really slowed me down. I would get out of breath easier. Dr. Bundrick knew what it was immediately. The stuff wasn't able to drain, so it made a way. He took a qtip and opened the hole more and let it drain out. Talk about relief. Now I have to do that 3 times a day until there is nothing more to drain, ugh! He put me on penicillin. He also removed my drain and a few stitches. Besides the issue I had, he said I looked great! I go back next week unless I have an issue. Updated on 19 May 2017: Been busy the last couple of days preparing to take care of myself. Both of my sisters left yesterday. Yesterday was the first time I drove too! I cannot let the tape touch my skin. I have a few wounds from the tape tearing my skin, even the paper tape. My sister and I came up with an alternative. After putting hydrogen peroxide on all incisions and the BB, we used gauze wrap instead of pads. We would put a maxi pad over the new drain hole and then wrap my waist along my incision. The tape would only touch the gauze. I had a little oozing under the breast especially the left. We would put a non stick gauze under each breast and then hold it in place with the wrap gauze. Then we would wrap my breast with an ace bandage. The binder went on next and then clothes or pjs. Since Tuesday, we have to do this 3 times a day. We were able to reuse some of the things sometimes. All of this was time consuming and a little more costly. I am sure there was cheaper was to do it but this made me feel secure. On Wednesday, I had to do this all by myself with my sister making sure I could do it. Luckily, I was a quick study. Ladies, I don't know how some of you have done this alone. I wouldn't have been able to do this without my baby sister and my older sister. They took care of me, my granddaughter, and my house. My boyfriend was supportive but I think he felt helpless at times. He has not seen my body yet and I am okay with that. I am not ready for that yet. I added some pictures from yesterday. Still have more healing to go. Updated on 24 May 2017: Good morning everyone! My PO appointment went well. My next appointment is in a month; if I have issues, I can contact Dr. Bundrick's office. The doctor said I am progressing very well. I am to continue to treat the oozing areas as before. They are oozing less and less. They will close on their own. He said that I am still swollen quite a bit. Wow, I knew I was swollen but not that much. I can start to exercise but nothing to strain my MR. I will just walk for now. I am now wearing my ah-ha bras instead of an ace bandages. I put gauze over the incisions. This is working out great for me and a lot easier too. Still using the gauze wrap and pads for the oozing spot in the tt incision. My BB is oozing a little. I just put a pad over it. My t-shirt and binder holds it in place. I get little pains here and there as my nerves wake up and reconnect. Still get tired if I do too much. A nap usually takes care of that. Still using my BedLounger (www.bedlounge.com) to relax and sleep in my bed. I love this item. I didn't want to sleep in my recliner or rent a hospital bed. I wanted to be in my room. Uploading new pictures. Updated on 26 May 2017: I guess I am having a pity party. I have been taken care of my granddaughter for the last year. Today, her mother came and picked her up. As much as I am happy to have my life back, I am going to miss her tremendously! She is such a sweetheart and was very helpful. I miss her already. As far as my recovery, I am doing great. My BB is barely oozing. The opening near my incision line is slowly closing. I cannot wait until it closes. It is hard to wear what I want because I have to keep it wrapped and a pad over it. My attached pictures show me in underwear I could not wear less than a month ago. They are a medium. I have been wearing granny panties or boy shorts. Even with all tHis padding and binders, my shorts are a medium! Not sure what size pants I wear yet. I am wearing medium yoga pants though. This is amazing to me. I still have weight to lose but I am extremely happy right now. Good luck to all you ladies out there waiting for your day and happy healing to you ladies recovering! Updated on 30 May 2017: I took over 3 weeks off because I wanted to go back to work with no issues. Whatever! I was fine in the am, but the afternoon was difficult. I was so tight. It was the first time I wasn't able to recline if I felt bad. I only lasted 6 hours and didn't accomplish as much as I thought I would. Tomorrow is another day! I had a great weekend before going back to work. My third sister came in town with her husband and dog. We had a wonderful visit. She is a medical assistant. She removed my spitting stitches. Although I am one year older, we looked like twins growing up. Life changed that. My PS brought it back! She was happy for me but said that now she has to step up her game! Love my sisters. Finally got pic collage. Photo is my first attempt. Updated on 9 Jun 2017: Made it through my second week at work. I had to go home early a couple of days and recline. My body is still healing and I have a few open areas on my tt line. My breast still has a few scars. This has stopped me from shopping for new bras and clothes. I have been shopping in my closet though. I am rediscovering clothes that I thought were lost to me. One girl at work is so jealous of the old clothes I am wearing. Updated on 13 Jul 2017: It has been a long time since my last update. I am healing well. Having periodic bouts of swell hell. Do not regret the decision to have the surgery. Two weeks ago, my doctor released me to swim and ride my bike. I have a sprint triathlon in August. My bike ride went well. I was able to go into the drops on my road bike with no problem. It felt kind of weird because my tummy roll was not hindering me. Swimming didn't go as well. It was all I could do to swim 50 meters without stopping. I eked out 400 meters. My scar didn't like the swim. It was red. Swimming really stretched my torso. I swam again yesterday. I did much better but my scar was red again. My stomach has been tight since then. Using muscles I haven't used in a while. I am going to keep training for my Tri. I am going to listen to my body and not over do it. It is a sprint Tri and I didn't have to pay a lot for the race. If I have to skip the race, it won't hurt too much. Triathlons taught me to run my own race and not worry about the people faster than me. I have to keep reminding myself to heal at my own pace and not to compare my results to others. I look amazing!
Dr. B and his staff were and are extremely personable, compassionate, caring and make sure you are informed every step of the way. I am very pleased with my results from my breast augmentation and see him for Botox injections now. My confidence has increased and I love my new look. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
Every staff member treated me with respect and consideration from start to finish. The office and surgical suite were well equipped, well maintained and extremely clean with a professional atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. My best compliment goes to Dr. Bundrick himself whose skill level is remarkable, my results are better than I expected and my standards were high to begin with.
I had a ton of fat flanks and both abdomens . It's only been 9 days! Soon after I took my garment off for the first time I was flat .... Swollen and sore as heck but I was determined to be able to have a flat tummy . I wear my garment everyday all day because he recommeneded me because it would help with swelling. I just started to massage my treated areas so far very pleased. Updated on 20 Aug 2014: Before and after Updated on 20 Aug 2014: I'm loving my new fat 1700cc less Updated on 21 Aug 2014: 1700 of fat Updated on 23 Aug 2014: I'm very excited about what's it's going to look like in six months or more Updated on 27 Aug 2014: I'm in love with my body again Updated on 27 Oct 2014: I love my body ...... ???????????????? Updated on 28 Jan 2015: Loving it
I have just lost a substantial amount of weight for the second time, I have lost about 60 LBS this time around, and I am hovering around 163 lbs. The first time I lost weight it was about 120 LBS. I am convinced the reason I gained the weight back is because I have ALWAYS had this lose skin and fat roll around my stomach. I am 43 years old, and I have never enjoyed physical activity because of the excess skin. I love exercise, however I will wear compression garments because I HATE the feeling of my stomach bouncing up and down. So today is 24 hours before my surgery. I am SO excited, and a bit anxious. I am in the health and wellness industry, and I know what to expect, however I am surprisingly nervous, but SO EXCTIED. I have never been diagnosed as having schizophrenia, but I may be a perfect case study at this moment, LOL. ANXIOUS and EXCTIED and ANXIOUS again – I need a Bloody Mary, but I have to get to work. The recommended course of treatment is a Tummy Tuck (AKA abdominoplasty) with minor lipo of the flanks. The doctor does not think I will need muscle tightening; it will be more of a skin removal surgery. The surgery will take about two hours. I will stay near the outpatient center for 1 night then have a follow up the day after surrey, then onto home. I will have a checkup 5 days after surgery, then 2 more over the course of four weeks. I have been told it is necessary for me to be up and about right after surgery. This will help prevent any heart, lung or blood clot issues. People who have been overweight combined with other factors of previous lifestyle can create circulation issues, so it is very important to be up and walking about. I have RLS, this is a sign of lower than normal circulation, so I will make sure to sleep with feet elevated, and I plan on walking as much as possible. I was told by my doctor that I will be back to work day 5- I work a desk job, so I imagine this is why I am able to do this. I picked up my RX last night, there were three prescriptions, and I believe 1 is a pain killer, 1 is a sedative to take tomorrow pre surgery and the other is anti-nausea medicine. I will go shopping today for good fruits and veggies- the brighter the fruit the better – HEALING POWERS. I plan on getting some smoked sockeye salmon and red beets. BEETS are great for muscle repair, immunity booster and the skin. I will plan on buying some prunes as well to assist with the BM. I think I am more frightened about the lack of bowel movements more than anything else. I am posting some picks this morning, but need to head to work. I plan on posting daily blogs to help anyone out that is considering having the surgery. I am also having the procedure filmed, and I will be doing video blogs. I will keep you posted. Updated on 2 Nov 2012: Well as you all can tell, yesterday went okay. The surgery took about 2 – 2/12 hours, they did not have to tighten the muscle, so that shortened the timeframe. Skin removal, lipo of the flanks were on the menu yesterday. Let’s see… Well I woke up yesterday about 4 hours prior to the surgery as it is a three hour drive to the surgery center from my house. The only real bummer about yesterday I have not had a BM as of yet. I usually use coffee as an aid in the morning to get things moving….well things aren’t moving at all, and as if right now, and now I am ok if it takes another day or two to resurrect number 2 potty habits. You will not be able to eat or drink ANYTHING (not even chew gum) the morning of the surgery, this is to protect your from aspirating while under general anesthesia. Here are some other post op care tips – Quit smoking, in my research I have found most will require you to quit smoking 2 – 4 weeks before they will operate. Smoking can cause horrible issues with healing and aftercare complications. You will need a caretaker for the first few days – make sure it is someone you have an intimate relationship with as you will need help in the potty and emptying your drain. They should have a good personality to entertain you with, as well as should not be offended when you accidently have gas in their general direction. Hey it happens! Shave and clean the area really well, although the DR will shave, it is always best to shave the shrubs to keep infection to a minimum. Bring your “dream” undies as if you are going to star in Magic Mike, you will want to make sure the scar is below the waist. Pack some snacks; crackers, fruit, etc. you will probably be hungry shortly after the surgery. I snacked immediately after waking up, but was not hungry to eat a whole meal until much later in the day. So surgery at 9, in my room recovering and relaxing by 12:30. I slept off and on for the entire afternoon and evening, in two-three hour intervals. Emptied my drain 3 times, and I was able to get up and down to go number 1. Coughed and sneezed one or twice, the best thing here is to hug a pillow in the process; believe it or not it helps. I was able to get in and out of bed with little pain, however needed the aid of my partner. The best way to get in and out…stay hunched over. So I am always bending at the waist when getting out or getting into bed. As I sit in a chair, you are able to sit normally, however getting out or in, stay bent.. Today I will get checked out by the CS’s nurse. I am excited to see myself without the binder as she cleans the wound and goes over aftercare instructions. At the moment, I am very happy with the way I feel. The only thing I am feeling is discomfort at the waist, we will have to see how this progresses. For right now though, I am off like a shirt. I will write more, when there is more to write about. Updated on 4 Nov 2012: Last night was a bit rough from a sleep perspective. I struggled with getting comfortable in bed, chair, etc. I developed a couple of blisters as a result of the binder – since these were located on my back I lined my binder with one of my favorite soft cotton T shirts, Oh' the small comforts. To be very honest, pain is almost nonexistent. The biggest challenge is occupying my time with something productive. Today is day 3 PO, and I have included a new pic. I am still really swollen and have not had a BM in 4 days. So today I can will be drinking prune juice –Oh Yummy! One note, make sure to have throat lozenges as the tube they use to keep you from aspirating during general anesthesia can aggravate your throat. I think I am healing well. My new navel looks amazing!! There was very little seepage at my wound today when I redressed it after my shower. Take your time in the shower, it is a wonderful thing. The water helps relax and massage the skin from adhesives in the tape. Don’t tell my significant other, but today’s shower was better than sex! So here is a recap of recommendations I have for the first three days. • Lozenges for throat • Comfy T shirt to line the back of your binder with • Switch from pain killers to Ibuprofen with your Dr’s permission of course. Pain killers kill your potty habits • Stock on a mild laxative and drink lots of prune juice • Keep feet above the heart to prevent swelling and retention of fluids (double check with your MD) • Take a long shower! It feels great to massage all the areas irritated by your procedure • Walk as much as possible. This is great for circulation and encourages healing • Have a support system of people you want to be locked up with for the first four days. Remember to be thankful for them especially if you are a BIG SUCKY Baby like I am I think that is all I have for Day 3. I will keep you posted. Now back to my movie – Spice World, hopefully that will get my bowels back on track! Cheers Updated on 5 Nov 2012: Hey There! Today is day 4 Post Op, and I feel pretty good. I had a descent sleep; I slept 6n hours on the sofa in the recommended position then switched to a chair and ottoman also in the recommended position. I am still swollen and walking hunched over a bit, however I feel it’s a bit better today. The greatest news of all is I finally am back on track with my BM – You all will be happy not to hear about this again, but it does cause one to feel like poop – pun intended. I showered and redressed the wound areas today without issue. I am still wrapping my binder with a comfy all cotton T shirt to prevent blisters. I am working from home today, and have a nap planned. A good balance of activity with sleep will help the body heal appropriately. Not too much to report except that I am a day closer to a full recovery. I will post a pic later this week, not much has changed. Hope your day is fool of cool people, love and self-confidence. Be Well! Updated on 6 Nov 2012: Well I think I must thank Dr B with BLUE Cosmetic Sugery Huntsville. Today is only day 4 PO, all things considered I feel great. I stopped Ibufrofren yesterday. Last night I did not sleep well, but I feel pretty great. I am almost able to stand up straight. He checked on me again today and it appears drain will be out Thursday- fingers and toes crossed. Here are a couple of tips- the binder can cause blisters as I have mentioned- get a men's spams t shirt and layer it over your wound dressing then apply the binder. Also if you are considering the surgery after weight loss- save some of your older pants so you have something to fit over the swelling, binder, etc. I have attached another two pictures, I'm excited for the sides to stop swelling as the TT looks good and I think the lipo is going to be nice as well. Cheers- be safe and don't forget to vote! Updated on 10 Nov 2012: Yesterday was day 8. I am up and about, worked yesterday, however I took it easy. Drain came out today, amazing to shower without having to balance the darn drain while cleaning myself. Blue Cosmetic surgery arranged for me to be looked at by the Dr. in Atlanta, since I live here. Thank goodness I did not have a 3 hour drive. Both the Dr. and I are thrilled with the incision; it looks like it will heal nicely. It is much easier to get around, I feel well, just a little sore. I am still having issues sleeping a full 8 hours, I am up to 5 now. Last night I slept on the sofa laid back, fee propped up-nice change from sleeping in a chair. I have attached someday 8 pics, I think they look nice, however I am little cautious about my sides, did anyone have similar swelling in the flanks that has pictures before and how they tightened up? Have a great day! Updated on 27 Nov 2012: It is day 25 and I have updated my pictures online. I must say that I feel and look amazing! The wound is healing great and body is taking shape, I can't wait to get back into the gym! Two more weeks of my man girdle then it comes off! This has been an amazing experience! Updated on 26 Jan 2013: Hi everyone. I am posting a video diary of my before surgery, surgery and post surgery procedures and results. I hope you will review, and my experience and results help you make an educated decision when deciding to have your surgery. Best, -S http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gX9V9u5DAGE&feature=youtu.be
I'm 40, 5'6" and weigh 200 lbs. I'm currently a size 14, over the years I've ranged from sizes 8-16. I work out 5 days a week, but I can't seem to shake the problem areas. I'm not fooling myself into thinking I don't know why I have the problem areas, I know exactly why...my love obsession with ice cream. I feel like I'm in a rut and just want the fat gone. I feel like this will help put me in a better place and get me on track. I will have to do the work to maintain. The posts have been very encouraging and I'm nervous and excited about the surgery. I'll keep you posted and post photos soon. Updated on 25 Aug 2011: It's only been 2 days, and things are great. I didn't have much drainage or pain. I took the pain killers the first day because I was told the pain was really going to kick in, it never did, good thing cause I threw them up. I haven't really needed them. I'm a little swollen and sore to the touch, but nothing major. Even with that, I can still see a big improvement. The compression garment wasn't bad either. I actually like it on, because I"m still swollen, it helps to keep me held in. The only thing I'd change would've been to get the bra area done. They really stick out now. But I'll be ok, I'll take care of if in the gym. More pics to follow. Updated on 25 Aug 2011: I had 2000 cc removed and lost 3 lbs.
Retin A will help lighten dark spots just by simple exfoliation, however the best thing would be to have a combination of Retin A and hydroquinone. Keep in mind that both of these are topical treatments and will take several weeks to months to begin seeing results.
Retin A will probably help prevent new milia and comedones from forming, however milia are basically whiteheads that would need to be extracted because they have closed up and have no other way to be relieved.
Having any type pf facial waxing 2 days after receiving Dysport injections will not affect your treatment what so ever.
After getting injections of Dysport or Botox, it is perfectly fine to continue your normal schedule of daily activities.
Unfortunately neither Dysport or Botox can be dissolved or reversed. The effects will just have to wear off over the next couple of months. Typically results can last 3-4 months but will diminish over that time.
