Is there a doctor in the Dallas area that has experience with large implants? (Photo)

Question

I had a breast lift with implants 3 years ago and I am not happy with the results. I am wanting go a lot larger; I have 425 CCs now but am wanting over 650 CCs. Is there a doctor that will be willing to do that and has experience with larger implants.

Good morning!I don't know anyone local to you with lots of XL experience, but think you are an excellent candidate and I would recommend a nipple 
incision and High Profile silicone gel 
implants, in the 700-800cc range. We will decide the exact size when I 
measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an 
opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office. One of your goal photos is actually my patient.I have attached a link to my XL Breast Augmentation photo gallery which
 shows both clinical and candid photos of patients from 600cc and up and the exact cc's 
they have so you can get an idea of what you need and how you can look 
at different volumes- hope it helps!

I am sorry that I cannot provide you with specific names. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. In order to achieve XL sizes, you will either need to overinflate a saline implant, use custom silicone implants or tissue expansion.
