I am 4 weeks post mastopexy and augumentation. My incision has split at the t-junction. How long will it take to heal? (Photo)

My surgeon has told me he isn't concerned and has instructed me to clean and dress daily with an inadine patch and then a dressing on top. The split seem to get bigger daily and I just wondered if this is normal for it to be recovering? I have no pain, swelling, heat or discharge so I am not concerned about infection. I would just like to know how long this should take to heal properly and whether it looks like it will need scar revision? The left breast has healed perfectly so far. Thanks.
