do i have a high chance of looking good after breast lift and augmentation?......i really want more info before i decide, i cant seem to find any decent photos of before and after,i'm very depressed about how my body looks after having 3 kids, i'm only 22 and my breasts hang so low and they are disgusting to me :(

Hi. It does not look like you have tuberous breasts. It also looks to me like you have plenty of volume and i believe you could be fine with just a breast lift without an augmentation. The first would be a breast lift and small reduction to improve the size and shape of your breast. Sorry to hear you are depressed about the appearance of your breasts.  Based on you photographs you display significant breast ptosis but your appearance is not that tuberous breasts.  The really good news is that you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift with implants.  The breast lift will lift your breasts back up your chest wall into a more rejuvenated position and implants will help restore your lost volume.  You can achieve a great rejuvenated, youthful look.  You need a referral from your GP and then make a consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Your breasts have a significant amount of ptosis (droop), but I'm  not sure I agree with the idea that they are tuberous. The position of your nipples mandates a breast lift, and given the malposition of your breast tissue, I would recommend a silicone gel implant in combination with the lift. Your final result will be a dramatic change from your current images. Consider a sub glandular implant with lollipop breast lift. I think you'll be ecstatic with the results.
