Pulling weeds out, felt implant move in my breast (like loose yolk in eggshell) Did I displace the implant from the pocket?

It would check with your plastic surgeon to make sure everything is okay.  It's hard to tell you without a physical exam first.

Your pocket is pretty well defined if it is a first time breast augmentation. Other than the temporary discomfort, because they look and fell O.K. it is highly unlikely you have damaged anything.

Based on your description of activities, sensations, and  the fact that there has been no change in your physical examination, it is very likely that there has been no harm done. It is quite common, generally speaking, for patients to feel some breast implant movement as they become more active with the use of their arms and pectoralis major muscles.  Best wishes.

Routine activity during the first few weeks after surgery may cause weird sensations. More than likely you did nothing wrong, but if concerned, it is always best to ask your surgeon.

Odd sensations like you have experienced are not uncommon for patients to describe after breast augmentation. It is best that when you have these kind of reports to be seen by your surgeon and make sure that everything is appropriate on examination.  But more than likely you should fine. Your implants are not affixed to your person. They will move as you move and this will be more apparent as the breasts heal and are less swollen.  If you look the same I suspect everything is fine. Check with your surgeon if you have concerns about the implant though.

Thank you for your question While pulling weeds you most likely contracted and tightened your pectoralis muscle.  This motion commonly causes displacement or motion of your breast implant when the implants are placed beneath the chest muscle.  However if you are concerned you should visit your plastic surgeon for an examination.

Your experiencing a normal thing and eventually you will ignore it and accept it as normal.  You cannot dis[lace the implant.  The implant sets in a pocket and it can move about int the pocket and that is normal and good.   The implant is not attached to you.  This is all normal and you did  not do any harm.   My Best,  Dr C
