Pulling weeds out, felt implant move in my breast (like loose yolk in eggshell) Did I displace the implant from the pocket?

Based on your description of activities, sensations, and  the fact that there has been no change in your physical examination, it is very likely that there has been no harm done. It is quite common, generally speaking, for patients to feel some breast implant movement as they become more active with the use of their arms and pectoralis major muscles.  Best wishes.

It would check with your plastic surgeon to make sure everything is okay.  It's hard to tell you without a physical exam first.

Your implants are not affixed to your person. They will move as you move and this will be more apparent as the breasts heal and are less swollen.  If you look the same I suspect everything is fine. Check with your surgeon if you have concerns about the implant though.
