I am 27, 153cm tall, 43kg, 27cm chest width and 7cm between nipple and crease. I have breastfed 3 children which has left me with very little. I do understand it is very hard to give advice based on no physical review. But my aim, if I can is to get 350cc HP round breast implants. I have always been small.
Answer: Is 350cc the right volume for me? Jadiee,Thanks for the email.I do think 350 cc is possible. The result you are after is the key and if 350cc gets you the volume and look you are after, then it is up to the surgeon to technically achieve that outcome. A round implant will achieve a certain look and a tear drop implant a slightly different outcome.Volume and implant type, as well as location are the things you need to have a clear understanding of with the surgeon as these will be relected in the final outcome. All the bestJeremy Hunt

Answer: 350HP implants I believe you will get a nice result with augmentation. In relation to size and profile, it is best to see your plastic surgeon to discuss this. All the best.

Answer: Am I too small to have 350cc Round HP Implants? Thank you for the question and pictures. Base on your photographs, you are starting at a great place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery. However, despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful specific advice. Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during this communication phase. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to petite patients), helps.

Answer: 350cc HP I would suggest that at your consultation you discuss your aesthetic goals with your surgeon -goals in terms of bust fullness, figure balance and breast shape - as well as why you want 350ccHP implants - if you have seen examples of patients with 350HP you like bring those with you. Sometimes patients patients come to the consultatoini asking for a particular implant size, but when we discuss why we end up choosing a different implant to achieve the desired goal (and of course at times we end up using the exact implant the patient wanted in the first place!!). I doubt that 350cc HP implants would be too large for your anatomy.

Answer: You are not too small for 350 cc high profile breast implants Based on your photographs you have excellent normal breast anatomy and should be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. Based on your measurements I see no reason why 350 cc high profile breast implants would be too large for you. Understand that that size of implant will give you full breasts but if the procedure is done correctly you should have a nice result. Experienced of course you need an in person examination and consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to properly and fully answer your question. During your examination a breast implant sizing system will be done which will more accurately recommend a size for you.
