Can foreplay cause the implant to move or rupture?

You should be okay with the implants as I've had patients with implants whose air bags have gone off against their chest and they were fine.

The amount of pressure applied during foreplay and sexual activities is not likely to adversely affect your implants. In fact, I have personally seen a breast implant being compressed 6.5 million times and it withstood this pressure!

Hello!  Thank you for your question.  It is highly unlikely that such activities would cause the issues that you describe. There is no association between the two.  The rippling that you now see is probably due to your recent weight loss.  Your breasts also change with weight loss and the implants themselves are more visible and palpable because of this. If you are still concerned, discuss this with your plastic surgeon who can examine and discuss this with you.
