Silicone implants leaked. What's the worst case scenario for health effects?

I Getting the gel into my brain or heart and organs. My question is what damages in the worst case can happen to my health? have since 38 years selicon Implants and I guess that the implants got ruptured over the last 2 mammographies and the implants liking now.
