I had unsatisfactory FUE. About 2K grafts, with little growth. I want to go to a different doctor and use ARTAS. Do doctors guarantee their work in this field? Of course no doctor can guarantee how thick the hair will grow, but do they guarantee at least that the grafts will grow? Not looking for money back, but a guarantee that they will do a second procedure if grafts don't grow. (still have good donor hair).

Answer: Not Satisfied with Results No doctor can guarantee that a procedure they perform has a 100% chance of having a certain effect, whether it's hair transplants or something else. That's just not reasonable. Every procedure, no matter how small or routine, has a small chance of failure. However, most doctors generally will offer to fix any problems for you, since they of course want their patients to be satisfied with the results. If you're unhappy your original doctor should be willing to help you fix your problem.

Answer: FUE Doctor guarantees? The problem with FUE is a person not knowing where to go to have it performed by a clinic that has a good amount of experience performing it. There are many false claims out there. You need to do more research and ask questions like what punch size do you use? etc... I definitely would be wary of using ARTAS vs. an experienced FUE practitioner. ARTAS has its limitations. Look at a clinics befores and after results specifically doing the FUE. There are no guarantees in doing hair transplants because of so many variables, however a good clinic will try to accommodate a poor yield result.
