Is it safe to donate plasma post weeks later after FUT transplant?

Hello I got a strip method done it's close to the fourth week now post. My question is it safe to donate plasma? I have recently come across randomly that plasma heals the areas of the transplant And the scar? Is this accurate information should I refrain from donating? If this information is true when can I go back?
