I had saline implants in 2005 the right breast always had less volume then left. I noticed last night the right looks a lot smaller and volume is going fast. my husband said he noticed a week ago the right looked a lot different but did not say anything. what do I do go to er? I'm scared

Answer: Managment of a deflating saline breast implant If you do not have redness or tenderness associated with a deflating saline filled implant then there is no emergency now. Call your original surgeon and schedule an appointment or you could research and find another local plastic surgeon. I believe that there are more Plastic surgeons in Dallas than nail salons. See if you can find the breast implant card you usually get from your original surgeon. It would help your next surgeon know what volume you had originally and help establish implant warranties available. Best wishes
