Thank you for sharing your pictures.  Even be so young  this condition in genetically pass to you and with more time just gets worse because the skin fold over and over in the same  location and the amount of fat  increases with time.  If to you this condition is  bather   you so much the correction to be is surgical

Based on this photo there are few procedures to be considered; neck liposuction or neck lift accompanied with injection of nano fat grafts (stem cells??) into horizontal lines. This seem to be doing better than fillers for this particular problem based on our short experience with nano grafts. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.

You have a few options. Try Botox to soften your platysmal bands and chemical peels to improve the quality of your skin and, one hopes, restore a bit of elasticity. I hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It looks like you have some mild horizontal wrinkles/creases in your neck. In the younger person who is not yet a candidate for a neck lift procedure, the options are limited. Liposuction and HA fillers can be used. Although, results from fillers are usually disappointing for neck wrinkles and you don't appear to have enough fat to benefit from liposuction. Non-surgical skin treatments, such as microneedling or superficial chemical peels, would likely yield at least modest improvement and I would recommend starting with these. Furthermore, expense, risk and downtime would be minimal with these procedures. Best of luck!Dr. Harmych

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Treatment is very difficult and I would first work at losing weight to make the indentations less apparent. Then pursue skin care treatments including chemical peels and microneedling.  Fillers and neck lifts do not appreciably improve the appearance of these lines. Hope this helps.

These lines are difficult to treat surgically. If you say they appear fatter, some weight loss may help. If you haven’t tried it yet, fillers may lessen the problem. As a final resort, a necklift may help the upper two lines or you could try renuvion.

benefit from a neck lift.  If good technique is used,
this can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not
over-done look, with rejuvenation of your neck.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect
is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
