Sudden aging of neck, can anyone please comment on this? (Photo)

annecarson
Hello. I am experiencing sudden and rapid again of the neck. This seems to have happened literally overnight, and is making me paranoid that my new apartment has contaminated water or air. It is also making me embarrassed to go out in public. I am 40 years old and had zero lines on my neck until about 2 months ago. Is this repairable? Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening so suddenly?
