I have always felt as if my profile is off balance. I quite dislike the lack of definition in my neck and chin, & how its very curved instead of a sharper angle. I have found my neck looks like that because of a low hyoid bone. I feel like all my features together cause me to have a more masculine/strong face (being a 21 yr old girl), & feel like if something was done to my chin/ neck then it would balance out my side profile better and cause my nose to look less large as well Thanks in advance!

Answer: Neck & Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. A chin implant would give more definition. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Improving side profile Thank you for your question. I would not recommend a chin implant. If you would like more jawline definition, I would suggest neck liposuction. This is a procedure that can easily be done in our in-office operating room, under local anesthesia. Also, your upper lip protudes out further than your lower. I would consider adding some volume to your lower lip to balance your lips. Schedule your consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon, who does a large number of these procedure.
