Hi im a 27 year old female just turned and I noticed some wrinkles and loose sagging skin on my neck. Im very healthy maintained a healthy weight my whole life and it seems to be getting worse. I also moisturize daily. Not sure how to fix this before I have an old looking neck by 30! Thanks. Picture included makes it look better than actually is.
Answer: Neck Lift Thank you for your question. It is good to hear that you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including a cream regimen. I suggest that you move consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy for non-surgical treatment plans. Best wishes,

Answer: Hereditary neck lines and rolls even in your early 20s can be addressed with several nonsurgical options The neck can have deep horizontal wrinkles and creases even from an early age (genetics play a key role) as well as from sun damage and aging in almost everyone. They can be super annoying and are hard to get rid of.Surgically removing them is the best way to get rid of them but this can leave a lot of scars in very visible areas which most young people don’t want. These creases are usually at the skin level. There are several nonsurgical and surgical options to consider. Some can be done at the same time. Surgery combined with injections and laser treatments before or after surgery is usually the biggest difference. For people not interested in surgery, the hyaluronic acid injections and laser treatments are the most reasonable options, maybe combined with a chemical peel. These procedures can be done safely in the office and the results are often very satisfying. An in-office private consultation and examination with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be the best way to fully address your specific concerns and determine the right treatment plan.I hope this helps answer your question. Answer: Treatment of wrinkles on neck I would not recommend anything surgical to improve the wrinkles on your neck, but you could try one of the radio frequency treatments such as Fractora. This uses micro needles to deliver heat that can cause skin contraction to help tighten it.

Answer: Neck aging Thank you for your question. Moisturizer and sun block are your friends. Maintaining a steady weight is important. Eventually something may needs to be done but it is premature at this time in my opinion.
