There are a number of techniques that can be used to improve the definition of the infra-mammary fold. This could include using a dermal sling (your own tissue), or special products that can be used to create in internal bra (like alloderm or galaFLEX).

With time, you fold will become more defined as your breasts start to sag. I would suggest leaving the fold alone or you may have problems with bottoming out and implants dropping down too low.
