I got my breast augmentation done in January of this year and went from being a 30D to a 30DDD, I’m happy with the size however one of the main reasons I wanted implants was to have a defined inframamary fold. I wanted a defined crease I could “hold a pencil” under. I expressed this to my dr, and he said he added a special suture but I still don’t have one. Is there a way to make my fold more pronounced surgically or otherwise?
