It’s hard to tell the degree of capsular contracture from the pictures. You really need to have a lift done. Then the nipples will be in the same place. Either that or have a capsulectomy on the one side. But your nipple height will still be different. Unfortunately the lift entails scars. Make sure you see a surgeon who does lifts and revision breast surgery. It’s not a simple case.

Your breasts are low on the chest wall. You would benefit from explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

In your case, you would need a customized approach which would include pocket modification-capsulorrhaphy, capsulotomy, most likely implant exchange, and mastopexy. Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for breast implant revision with or without a breast lift. It is best to have a consultation virtual to discuss options.

Your photographs show an unacceptable result at this point. There are many issues going on and one could be that the capsular tissue was not entirely removed or it is recurring. In addition one breast looks like it needs a breast lift as the tissues themselves are very droopy and implants won’t fix that. There are many things going on here making the result poor. It is not an easy situation and if you’re not satisfied with the answer is your surgeon is giving you you should definitely seek other high-level expert consultation.
