I have a breast augmentation in july 2020 & had to come back for a capsular contraction removal (i think that's what it's called) from my left breast. it sits significantly higher than my right & my nipples are completely uneven. it has now been 5 months since my capsular tissue removal & my left is still uneven & feels even more rounded. although there is less pain now, i'm still very bothered by its appearance. should i speak with another surgeon or possibly go with smaller implants?
