Dear LaDeeDaaIn my experience, you can improve your neck and jawline and have the appearance of a longer more shapely neck with liposuction. This can be done under local anesthesia with or without sedation. Liposuction gives the surgeon the ability to sculpt the shape, break points and desired contour of the neck as needed.You may also try less invasive treatments such as Exilis and Ulthera. In my opinion, they are not likely to give you the same level of result.
