I have scheduled the surgery for a chin implant in a few weeks. I also have a double chin when I look down slightly, so the doctor suggested neck lipo. I have read further about the procedure. It seems in some articles chin and neck lipo are same thing but other articles seem to make a distinction between the two. I would like to not have a double chin and have a more pronounced jaw line. Which type of lipo do I need to achieve this?
