This is what might be expected after defatting the neck where we cannot expect good skin retraction regardless of the process used. If you are satisfied at this point ultrasound and massage will help to redistribute some of the excess skin if you are unprepared to redrape the skin as would be accomplished with a lifting procedure

I generally tell people to expect results to be final by six months and very close to final by three months.The neck heals faster, so I would say your results are probably very close to being final.If someone has skin laxity before liposuction, it is sometimes accentuated a bit.Overall, it looks great.I'm pleased you are happy with the results.  The numbness will improve.
