What should I do to make my neck and chin look more like the picture on the right? (photos)

​I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. As much as one can judge from the photographs I don't think liposuction is going to give you what you want. To know for certain you would have to be examined in person.

The photo on the right is unnatural, and is evidenced by the fact that you have to force it.  You have a very good profile, and I would not offer you any surgery if you came to my practice.  Certainly a neck lift is not for you, and you do not have fat that needs to be removed by liposuction.  Your only option would be a chin implant, but your profile is already pretty good.Take care and good luck.

I must say that I object to your original premise that something needs to be done here.  You have a nice profile and there is nothing that needs to be changed at all.That said, there are options to get the "Giraffe" neck you seem to want - I would just not be willing to do it for you.  It would involved removal of the deep fat deep to the platysma as well as division of the platysma at the apex of the angle of your neck.  I have done it on only one occasion and will leave a link below.

Thank you for your question.Chin liposuction is not going to accomplish what you want.  Either a chin implant or formal genioplasty by cutting and advancing the bone is necessary to accomplish the picture on the right.

To be sure, see two or more experienced,
board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are
a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.

far, the consensus is that liposuction will not be a valuable option and that you
need to wait some more time to see what changes will occur as your body is
still changing. We do recommend that you make a consultation with a board-certified
dermatologist or plastic surgeon to evaluate you and see what your options are
– now and later.

In order to have a more contoured jawline I
recommend Submental Smartlipo. This procedure will remove unwanted fat while
tightening the skin, showing a significant change it the appearance of your
chin. I recommend consulting with your surgeon to decide if you are a good
candidate.

Liposuction of the neck can remove the sub mental fatty deposits that are present. To obtain more projection of the chin requires a small Silastic chin implant placed through the same incision. For many examples, diagrams, and more information, please see the link and video below
