My nose tip is too high after nose surgery. Will it drop down? (Photo)

The tip will definitely lose some projection and some rotation (come down and come towards your face) as your nose heals.  However, the tip still appears to be over-projected relative to the lack of height in your dorsum (bridge).  Follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.

In the photograph there is significant swelling of the nasal tape from surgery.  That can cause a fake elevation of the nasal tip and make it look very high.  It continued to drop down with time.RegardsDr. J

Hello sweetgirl1015. It is much too early to judge the results of your rhinoplasty. Rest assured that your appearance will constantly change over the next several months. It takes up to a year for your nose to settle. Be patient and be well. Dr. B

You are only one week out from surgery and you are likely very swollen. Best to give it time to heal. It will likely drop a bit when the swelling subsides.
