I got a nose job done 1 week ago and my nose tip too high look bad now , will it drop down soon ? I think my nose look bad now like that ...
Answer: Changes in tip projection and rotation during healing after rhinoplasty The tip will definitely lose some projection and some rotation (come down and come towards your face) as your nose heals. However, the tip still appears to be over-projected relative to the lack of height in your dorsum (bridge). Follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.

Answer: Elevated nasal tip In the photograph there is significant swelling of the nasal tape from surgery. That can cause a fake elevation of the nasal tip and make it look very high. It continued to drop down with time.RegardsDr. J

Answer: Swelling You are only one week out from surgery and you are likely very swollen. Best to give it time to heal. It will likely drop a bit when the swelling subsides.
