I got a nose job done 1 week ago and my nose tip too high look bad now , will it drop down soon ? I think my nose look bad now like that ...

The tip will definitely lose some projection and some rotation (come down and come towards your face) as your nose heals.  However, the tip still appears to be over-projected relative to the lack of height in your dorsum (bridge).  Follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.

Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with only seven days after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

In the photograph there is significant swelling of the nasal tape from surgery.  That can cause a fake elevation of the nasal tip and make it look very high.  It continued to drop down with time.RegardsDr. J
