Can revision from 265 cc subglandular to submuscular save me? (Capsule contraction, rippling, no cleavage, Rotation) (Photos)
Hello, I am 35 years old, and in 2019 I received 265 cc moderate projection implants placed subglandularly in each breast. At the time, the surgeon explained that my pectoral muscles were too strong for submuscular placement, although I would have preferred the implants to be placed under the muscle because I specifically did not want this look. From the beginning, I was unhappy with the large gap between them and because my breasts sit so low. I think I have simply been unlucky with my genetics, but despite that, the result still looks terrible. Within less than two years, the capsule hardened, and over time the implants became more and more visible and unattractive, with rippling from the start. Although I had follow-up insurance that also covered cosmetic problems, the surgeon dismissed my concerns and insisted that everything was fine. Out of complete despair, I eventually gave up pursuing the matter, but I cannot stand looking like this anymore. My breasts are also hard and simply do not feel good. I like large breasts, but I guess my anatomy and skin just do not allow it. Nevertheless, I at least want to get rid of these implants. Would switching to slightly larger implants placed under the muscle provide a better result in my case? Thank you in a advance and beste regards!
