Breast implant exchange and revision questions - am I expecting perfection? (Photos)

Hello, last August I decided to replace my 15 year-old implants and go bigger. I remember in the healing process. My left breast was really hurting on the sides near my under arm, which I thought was strange because overall the surgery was practically painless. I was told to just continue taking pain meds, and if it gets worse to call at this point, I felt the pain that I experienced in that breast on the side, cause my implant to kind of move in the middle I feel my left breast is very close to the middle of my chest.chest with the most obvious being my nipple being almost in my armpit. I also feel that my right breast is a little bottom out so they’re a little uneven, and you can see when I wear form fitting tops even with a bra that my breast are uneven. One thing about me is that I never expect perfection. I just hope for some improvement in any type of surgery. My old breasts were not perfect but I love them. They just have changed shape a little bit over 15 years. I was told the one has a little bit of encapsulation, and I thought it was time to switch. when I brought up the following issues in my follow up appointment, which were the unevenness of the brass and my nipple being not centered I felt like the surgeon didn’t see any of my concerns were an issue at all. He measured my nipple and said it’s only off by a centimeter or more, but it is almost in my armpit how is that perfext. I’m starting to question myself. Is it me that is expecting perfection? Help!
