I have been lifting weights for a few years now and I have noticed that my chest does not look the same as other males. I have excess fat/tissues in my pectorals and am wondering if I just continue cutting weight if this will go away. Also I have never taken any form of steroid/prohormone. Normally I have puffy nipples but in the pictures they are hard. Also I have no pain or sensitivity in my nipples ever, I am just semiconscious of the look.
