I'm 18 years old. Is the gynecomastia? Or is this a "normal" chest? (photos)

Thanks for your photos.  The chest area does not look disproportionate to the rest of your body so in my opinion it appears to be within normal limits.

I appreciate your angst, but remember what you have is very common and you are not alone!  Your photos indicate that you do have gynecomastia, but it appear very treatable, possible with just liposuction.  Try diet and exercise first, and then get a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Check out the link below to an article I wrote about gynecomastia as it may be helpful. Hi, thank you for the question... what i can see from the photo... it seems to be. You so workout... and you are no overweight. A physical evaluation and some exams should be done.
