I'm 18 years old. Is the gynecomastia? Or is this a "normal" chest? (photos)

I'm active and workout a lot so I'm not sure if this is gynecomastia or if it is a normal looking chest because I do not have a mesomorphic body type.

Thanks for your photos.  The chest area does not look disproportionate to the rest of your body so in my opinion it appears to be within normal limits.

I appreciate your angst, but remember what you have is very common and you are not alone!  Your photos indicate that you do have gynecomastia, but it appear very treatable, possible with just liposuction. From the photo it looks like you may have gynecomastia.  Since you are just 18 year of age, this may resolve on its own.  For a more accurate picture, it is always a good idea to be seen by your doctor.

It is hard for me to tell from the photos.  Sometimes at your age you are going through such hormonal and weight changes that this is a temporary fullness.  Your chest does look full to me. It could be pseudogynecomastia which is an excess of fatty tissue while true gynecomastia is an excess of glandular breast tissue.  See how it looks in a year or so but consider going to a plastic surgeon now to get an opinion.  Seek out someone that does gynecomastia frequently.
