After septo, rhinoplasty, revision and fillers - Advice on how to move forward with my nose? (Photos)
I have an extensive history with my nose. At age 20 I got my first Septo and rhinoplasty, which did not heal aesthetically pleasing, and I was advised a year later to do a revision. The next year in 2021 I got that revision and again it aesthetically did not heal well leaving me with a big bump. At this time, I was too afraid to go back under the knife and in 2022 I was told I could do a non-surgical rhinoplasty where I put filler in my nose. At first thi looked fantastic, and I continued the touchups once a year till this year. The bridge widened and instead of dissolving, I was told to just add a little bit to the tip by my injector. This resulted and discoloration in my nose and a lot of pressure very afraid I went and dissolved. At this point, I do not want to put another needle into my nose as it is still discolored, and I feel some bumps around the tip which I am afraid is scarring from the filler or fibrosis. I did see a surgeon about another rhinoplasty and he told me to wait a year to reassess. I am concerned is this a serious vascular issue and is there anything I could do surgically in the futre.
