Can a revision rhinoplasty help shorten my philtrum and hide a lip lift scar? (Photos)

So 4 years ago i made brutal error of having lip lift then having rhinoplasty in that order. Initially lip lift was amazing results then rhinoplaty made it look long again after it being too rotated. So im wondering if i should get revision lip lift or revision rhinoplasty to lengthen nose or just get lip fillers. goal is to shorten philtrum and ideally hide scar since it became over exposed after rhinoplasty

Hello and thank you for your question. Any advice could not be made with this image alone. Pictures of your nose would be helpful. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds....

Based on the photo, a small bump can be reestablished with a cartilage graft. We wouldn't be giving you a huge bump so it should look very natural. The bones may have to be realigned as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
