Do I need a third revision rhinoplasty for a crooked septum? (Photo)

I got rhinoplasty, as I got some nasal structural issues in breathing, or 10 years it worked well until I got very flat nose, I got rhinoplasty done againt, and my nose is now crooked, although there were many problems like , it jas been 5 years, however, I did not like initial results and got filler, for 2 years, I was fine, but my nose would pain in the filler area, what to do now, I do not want a third revision. Sew my pics and please let me know what concerns to address to the doctor now. If to go third revision, what to address. I do not want more issues comimg out.
