Did I have my hump removed or is this just a medial & lateral osteotomy? (Photos)

Few years ago I got my nose slimmed down via osteotomy + tip plasty and it gave me a breathing problem. Judging by the CT scan I want to know if I got hump removal or just an osteotomy? If so I want to know what are my options to restore the original bony vault width of my nose.
