1 year post - Miss my small dorsal bump. Is it possible to get a small bump back safely with a graft? (Photos)

I had a closed septoplasty, where a small dorsal bump was removed. Otherwise my nose is completely unchanged. I’m struggling to come to terms with the loss of character I’ve experienced without a bump and I am desperate to get one back. This is an issue of identity loss, and after attending therapy I’m still interested in looking for restoration. I specifically miss the definition, narrowness and light reflection of my front profile as well as the balance and shape of my side profile. Overall, I miss the character my bump gave me and the more 3D curved appearance of my bridge. My bump was very small and there is flatness precisely where it was removed. I’ve read it could be done, however I’ve also read it could result in appearance of an unnatural looking bump. I want to ask if it’s possible to get a small bump back to achieve desired results safely with a graft? Would there be an option to graft a more specific shape of the bump that I lost at some point in the future? I have CT imaging of my pre operative nose. I’m aware due to scar tissue, skin thickness, etc. it will never be an exact copy of my old nose. But could this exist? Image of bump is attached, any feedback would be appreciated. I feel discouraged by what I’ve read about grafts, and I hope that rhinoplasty can move towards more predictable and patient specific solutions. I’ve not found much about redeeming a bump in revision surgery, and I know that it’s not common, however it is a shared struggle.
