Oval face - what do you think is the best treatment? (Photo)

Question

Considering my tiny eyes, the lower part of my face is disproportionate - very unfeminine. I had buccal fat removal (apparently my bichata pads were tiny), I had HIFU Ulthera on my jaw, but the effect is still too small. My dream is to reach the letter V. I am 25 years old and I don't know what to do anymore. I wanted a lower face lift to remove excess skin and sew it to the ear to make a V from the U. What do you think?

You are beautiful and really need nothing. Your facial proportions are perfect. Somehow your perception of your beauty was undermined. You don’t need a face lift or any potentially harmful treatment. Surgery can and will harm your youthful beauty. Please don’t do that. You need to work on your self esteem. A mental heal profession can help you work though negative message you are struggling with. Better insight will help you feel better about yourself.

My impression is that your facial features are balanced and elegant and it would be a pity to keep interfering with them as at some point you will also see negative effects.
The most powerful approach for the type of changes you are describing comes from adjustment in the contour of the mandible. The V shape surgery for the face is commonly carried out in Korea.
Because of the aggregate experience in the country, you may want to enquire with them. 
Before you jump to surgery however, I would suggest having some 3D photos and computer simulations to help you understand whether the type of change you are describing is actually beneficial for your facial features. When the mandible becomes narrower, the contrast between the jawline and the neck is reduced. You may find that the price to pay for the appearance from the front view, is a three-quarter view appearance that is not so elegant.

Hi optimistic. You already have a V-shaped face or what we call a heart-shape/inverted V shape face of youth. A lift procedure, esp at 25, is not appropriate. I would leave your face alone as you look both age appropriate and feminine. If you truly want more angulation, the best place would be to emphasize the chin to get it perhaps a bit sharper and your lateral cheeks, possibly all with filler as I would not recommend you go overboard.

There was an article written a while ago concerning the "size" of the eye, meaning the distance between the upper and lower lid margin. Many people, particuarly as we age actually see this distance increase due to laxity. What they found in the study is that after intervention, that the "smaller" eyes were all thought to belong to younger patients by blinded observers.
Small eyes are both desirable and radiate youth. You have a beautiful fullness in your cheeks and lips and the overall shape of your face is what I would term heart shaped meaning that the distance between your cheekbones is the widest part of your face and your jawline is very elegant. I would not recommend a facelift. 
If you want a more stylized appearance then cheek filler may allow you to accomplish your goals.

It is a combination of bony framework and soft tissue that determine the shape of the face. I do not see anything unattractive in your face on these photos. It is possible that in person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon, an expert in facial rejuvenation may give you better understanding of available options. Good luck.

Facial shape, i.e. "V", oval, round, square, is not the soul determinant of facial beauty.  You are in fact a very beautiful and feminine looking woman.  An oval shape, such as yours, is a very pleasing look.  I would also consider that your buccal fat pads were not correctly removed.  Not infrequently surgeons may not be able to find the actual fat pad and end up removing only a small (tiny) amount of cheek fat.  The Bichat fat pad has a distinct look and shape.  I photograph every one that I remove for confirmation.  You might wish to discuss that further with your surgeon.  Perhaps they have similar photos confirming that the actual fat pad was removed. You’re a young, very attractive woman who does not need surgical intervention. If you’re concerned about your parents, then what you really need is reassurance.
My, most sincere and genuine recommendation is to stay away from plastic surgeons and learn to accept your face the way it is, which is absolutely perfect.
My best guess is that other providers will also encourage you to stay away from surgical intervention. When plastic surgeons don’t want your money, it may be a good idea to listen.
