Considering my tiny eyes, the lower part of my face is disproportionate - very unfeminine. I had buccal fat removal (apparently my bichata pads were tiny), I had HIFU Ulthera on my jaw, but the effect is still too small. My dream is to reach the letter V. I am 25 years old and I don't know what to do anymore. I wanted a lower face lift to remove excess skin and sew it to the ear to make a V from the U. What do you think?

Answer: Leave it alone Hi optimistic. You already have a V-shaped face or what we call a heart-shape/inverted V shape face of youth. A lift procedure, esp at 25, is not appropriate. I would leave your face alone as you look both age appropriate and feminine. If you truly want more angulation, the best place would be to emphasize the chin to get it perhaps a bit sharper and your lateral cheeks, possibly all with filler as I would not recommend you go overboard.

Answer: Small Eyes are beautiful There was an article written a while ago concerning the "size" of the eye, meaning the distance between the upper and lower lid margin. Many people, particuarly as we age actually see this distance increase due to laxity. What they found in the study is that after intervention, that the "smaller" eyes were all thought to belong to younger patients by blinded observers.

Answer: Oval face It is a combination of bony framework and soft tissue that determine the shape of the face. I do not see anything unattractive in your face on these photos. It is possible that in person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon, an expert in facial rejuvenation may give you better understanding of available options. Good luck.
