Lower face help?! (Photo)

Question

I'm 27 years old and am suffering with my lower face! I have chubby cheeks, a weak chin, weak jaw line, and strong nasolobial folds that kind of form a circle around my mouth. I'm thinking maybe chin implant + buccal fat removal? I would ideally LOVE to have a mid face lift to help alleviate some of the heaviness of my cheeks but not sure if I would be a good candidate? I've had cheek filler but that was no good, I have a round/wide enough face as it is! Thanks!!

To address the heaviness in your face and the prominent issues in your lower face, I believe that mid facelift and buccal fat removal surgeries would be effective. Given your young age, a mid facelift is an appropriate choice, but I would like to emphasize that I do not make this decision without a closer examination. The reason you think you have larger cheeks is almost inevitably due to the fact that your jaw is so much smaller, so it makes everything else stand out more (like your nose/midface). A chin implant is a great place to start. I don't necessarily see that you need buccal fat removal in any of these photos. As for your lines, I think some of this will be relieved by adding the chin but otherwise you can meet with a good injector to see what botox could be helpful with the lower mouth tension and filler to the deep piriform area.

It's hard to provide a thorough analysis with limited photography. When considering an chin implant, its important to be able to see your entire profile (Forehead all the way to collarbone) from a direct lateral view. In general, a feminine chin projects about 1-2mm behind a vertical line touching the lower lip, but it has to fit your profile, so these hard and fast measurements don't apply to everyone. 
Buccal fat has become very popular but again it must be considered in relation to your whole face and there are theoretical concerns with prematuraly aging the face with unneccessary buccal fat removal. 
Assuming that it fits your profile, a chin implant can be a nice way to improve your profile and make the jaw look stronger.

Unfortunately, your photographs are limited. However, you would benefit from a chin implant. You would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You may also want to consider a rhinoplasty. The tip of your nose is bulbous.

Based on what I can see, I agree with your assessment.  You would benefit from chin support and buccal fat pad excision.  The easiest method of adding chin support is with 1 mL of filler.  Filler will not completely correct your chin position.  A chin implant combined with buccal fat pad excision is probably the most definitive operation.

As you have said, your chin is a little retruded. You would see better balance in the face if you increase chin projection and fill out the area just to the side of the chin. This can be done with Filler or an Implant. Your buccal area is small so I do not think you need buccal fat pad removal. The cheeks are quite full and you should hold off on further fill there.

Based on these photos there is nothing wrong with your face. A small chin can be corrected with implant augmentation, jawline improved with selective liposuction possibly with additional radio frequency treatment. Looking at your pictures and learning that you are 27 years old, I would suggest to take small steps and see the improvements they produce. I would start with a chin implant. If this procedure is properly planned and executed, It should create a better jaw line, and a better chin projection. This will also make the fullness on your lower cheek less visible as the skin around the mouth will be more taught. You may also want to consider a lip lift to create a ratio of over 1/2 between the height of your philtrum and the length of skin between your chin and your lip.
