When can I have my third hair transplant? (photos)

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are considering another surgery it is best to wait a full year in general.

You have already had over 8000 grafts harvested within the last year.No photo of the back of your head was included but most average donor areas "max" out around 8000 grafts.I would be very careful about doing another procedure so quickly-donor supply and  potential future hair loss must be considered.

It's hard to determine the answer to your question without seeing you first, but it does appear as though you might be able to get a third hair transplant.  

I dont think so you will get your desired density after 3 th even after 4 th hair restoration surgery .İt become an obsessive thought for you. Use your hair long and just enjoy it .

It takes a good 8-12 months to see final results from a hair transplant.  After having 8300 grafts done you may not have much donor hair left.  I would suggest waiting at least a full year after the second transplant and then evaluate your results and donor site carefully before having another procedure.  Even if you do have more donor grafts available, it may be more prudent to keep them in reserve to address future hair loss.

I would wait at least one year to have the third transplant in the same area.  I think you should be cautious though.  You are only 31.  You have perhaps 40 to 60 more years of potentially progressive hair loss.  After 8300 grafts, you should have no donor area remaining.  However, doctors in Turkey often claim to perform twice the amount of work they actually performed and the work is usually done entirely by unlicensed nurses in Turkey.  Thus, you may have more donor area remaining.  The location of your hairline is low especially in the frontal-temple junction.  This is not artistic at all and may present problems for you later in life.  Now, it just looks unnatural for a caucasian.  If I were you, I would give your transplant more time to mature.  You have already been very aggressive with the work you have allowed.  

From the pictures, you would be best getting scalp micropigmentation (SMP) rather than another hair transplant. The SMP will make you look so full that you really won't see your scalp. See below

Armando,If you've truly had 8300 *follicular units*--and not single hairs--harvested from your donor area, which is unlikely, you have very little usable donor hair remaining; therefore, it probably is not prudent to use it all up at age 31 when you could have decades of future hair loss ahead of you. I would suggest doing your homework carefully in an effort to find an experienced, well-credentialed, conservative hair transplant surgeon (i.e., a doctor whose practice is entirely or mostly limited to hair transplants) who could meet with you in person and advise you.
