Will i get dense results or atleast a nice hair line? Why are my grafts not placed tighter together.Had my procedure 5 days ago. Think it was 1500 grafts, I had for receading hairline. I had alot of follicles with 2 & 4's according to my surgeon. This is my first HT. Thanks in advance. Much love

Based on your pictures I think you will get a very nice result.The spacing and distribution look appropriate.Try not to worry about it and just look forward to having more hair in one year.

In the hairline, there needs to be irregularity and gaps in graft placement to create a natural appearance when the hair grows in.  Give the grafts time to grow (8-12 months).

Different graft densities are used for a variety of reasons- without knowing the rest of the details it's hard to say whether the density on your temples is appropriate, but it doesn't look out of the ordinary. For now you just need to wait to see results and assume your surgeon knew what they were doing- if you're unhappy once you've seen the results you can always go in for a second transplant.

I certainly would have placed grafts at a greater density, and in my opinion you will need another procedure, even if you have 100% growth. While I don't see 750 grafts on the right side photo, there may have been grafts feathered into thicker hair areas that I cannot see. In the worst case scenario, your surgeon did not plant the number of grafts promised, but this cannot be determined from photos.
There is nothing to do at this point other than take more photos of all the grafts now, then wait for growth, which can take 6-12 months to be complete. If at that point you are no satisfied, return to your surgeon and review your photos and expectations.

These grafts reflect the distribution of the 1500 grafts you had done. If the surgeon did more grafts, he could have placed them closer together.
