I was wondering if one could lets say, drive a car without wearing a hat on a cloudy or even sunny day without direct sunlight exposure. I understand the complications of direct sunlight exposure after a hair traspant but can I for example be in the shade without wearing a hat on a cloudy or sunny day. Thanks four your response doctors!!

If you were given antibiotic by your doctor for an infection, it is best to follow your doctor's recommendation. There is a reason why you were given the antibiotics so you need to see it through. You also need to tell your hair transplant surgeon about this.
These bumps you are talking about appear like bits of elevated graft skin from the original transplant. These bumps occur when the surgeon uses larger grafts, leaves too much skin on the edge of the graft or does not flatten the graft to the skin surface at the time of the surgery.
