It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  Some people get shock hair loss.

The transplanted hair starts to grow permanently after the 2nd month. It ıs very early to expect growth for you. You can start seeıng some results after the 2nd month.

At one month many of the transplanted hair shafts have not even shed yet.It is way too early in the process to see any growth-this usually starts around month 3 and continues up to one year.

shock loss is not  permanent. Even your native hair may affected with that post traumatic transient hair loss…New hair at transplant and donor area starts to grow at 3-4 th month after surgery .

You won't see growth from grafts at one month.  However, if I read your question correctly, you are concerned about loss of native hair in the areas where you had your grafts done.  Sometimes there is temporary hair loss at the site of surgery (telogen effluvium, or "shock loss") that resolves over time.  If you are concerned it would be worth a visit to your surgeon to have the area assessed.

There are two scenarios here. 
1. The grafts have yet to shed and it is too early to tell.
2. You suffered some shockloss however those existing hairs will come back in three months. 
Continue the minoxidil and the finasteride and wait for the changes in three months.

Don't worry, it typically takes 3-4 months before you can expect to see any new growth.  You must be patient and trust the process.  If you had a quality procedure it should turn out just fine.  Best of luck.  Dr Rome

Thank you for your question and sharing your pictures, You are just 1 month post op, to see any growth you need to wait at least 3 to 4 months. A complete hair transplant result can be seen only after 9 to 12 months. So have patience and wait for it good luck.

You will not see any growth from the transplanted grafts until 3-4 months post procedure. You may be experiencing some shock loss with the native hairs in this area as well. I would recommend a PRP treatment to help stimulate growth 

At one month, I would not worry about growth just yet as it will take fully 8 months to see 80% of the growth.
