I am 18 month post-op, do you think this is the best I can have? (Photos)

This is my hair after 18 month of the operation. I took the surgery on 10/26/16.  I think the hair in transplant area fall out too much.

There is no way to reverse what was done.  A great surgery will be with you for life. Likewise a  bad surgery is for life.  Surgery should not cause life long headaches.

6 weeks post FUE, can start using hair fibres like Toppik to help with concealing?

I suggest my patients to wait at least for 6 months ın order to use toppıcs and fibers after their hair transplant operation.

If the injury was significant enough to cause normal hair loss, then you may have affected the transplanted hair as well.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Sometimes the "kink" and mean it was transplanted with a kink. There is no way to tell by photos alone.

If you are having post operative issues, it is best to contact your doctor for a follow up examination.The earlier you contact your doctor, the sooner you can treat any infection.

Will sun destroy my new hair follicles 8 weeks post FUE?

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Sun does not "destroy" hair follicles.
