Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and congratulations on your tummy tuck.  I would recommend reaching out to your surgeon for advice as they know your full medical history and the details of your procedure.  This may be easily treated with gentle soap and water and appropriate moisturizing of your skin but may require more aggressive treatments such as Benadryl, Vistaril, and topical steroid creams.  Hope this helps.

In my case when it happens, I indicate a Caladryl gel, combined with an antiallergic like Benadryl tablets.Do not stick with your hands, use a soft cloth moistened with cold water, and that will calm the itching.
