Vaginal bleeding after sex, post TT, what could be the cause?

Thank you for your question.  It is unlikely that vaginal bleeding is related to your recent tummy tuck.  I would discuss with your gynecologist first.  

One possible reason for vaginal bleeding after tummy tuck is that patients are on "pelvic rest" after abdominoplasty.  The number of weeks recommended for abstaining from sex varies with each doctor.  During the time of pelvic rest, the delicate vaginal tissues may atrophy slightly and then can bleed after the trauma of sex.  You may consider using personal lubricants.   If it doesn't resolve within a week or 2, you should see your gynecologist for an evaluation.
