It is difficult without an in-person examination to fully assess the cause of your pleating but most likely the diastasis repair advanced tissues from your sides towards the middle of your stomach which was then pulled downward as part of the skin excision procedure. This prevented appropriate mobilization of your upper outer stomach skin tissues leading to your current result.  Unfortunately the best repair would be through a revision procedure if returning to your weight of 125 pounds does not improve your appearance sufficiently.  Hope this helps.
