Chin or nose problem?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  I don't recommend making decisions based on an imaging program such as this.  If you are bothered by the proportions of your face, a rhinoplasty and/or chin implant could be beneficial, but an in-person evaluation will be very helpful.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

  Features and proportions are mere guide line  for beauty.. they are not absolute or rigid one. 
 face is multi dimension structure. , only personal examination can guide you properly.

If we name the assumption that the imaging program is accurate (and this is a very big assumption), the more relevant question is whether it is easier/more reliable to make the nose fit the ideal shape or the chin. In your case it is easier to move the chin forward and up rather than it is to move the nose forward and down.
