I've always felt something was off about my face and can't really pinpoint it. When I use the golden ratio mask (a mask with ideal facial proportions) it tells me either my chin or my nose is off. When I adjust to fit my chin, everything fits well except for my nose. When I adjust it to fit my nose, it's vice versa. So which one is the real problem? Thanks x

Answer: Chin or nose problem? A full set of unadulterated facial photographs required to make a determination about what may be required regarding a rhinoplasty or a chin implant. The face is a three-dimensional structure, and it is impossible to make a determination on one limited photograph. For more information and examples of both chin implant /rhinoplasty combination, see the video and the link below

Answer: Facial balance and the Golden Triangle Your nose appears very attractive. You may benefit from a small chin implant to resolve your personal body image issue. Clearly, body image is a very personal feeling. If you did nothing you would still be very attractive, from a subjective point of view. All the best,Talmage Raine MD
