Rhinoplasty 10 weeks ago, my bones are sticking out from my top nose close to both eyes? It hurts and are red (Photos)

The bone you feel may be secondary to the lateral osteotomy performed to narrow your nasal bridge.  As the bones are moved medially, the top of the bone may jut out in whats known as a rocker bottom deformity.  Sometimes if identified early this can be corrected in the office.  Otherwise, one should allow this to heal and then a procedure to reduce this can be done. 

You need to tell you surgeon's staff there might be an infection or upper nasal cellulitis. If that does not get you in than seek paid second opinions from only boarded PSs. 

It is almost impossible to give you an accurate answer based on your photos. There seems to be some redness over the nasal bridge which is jot uncommon 10 days after rhinoplasty due to dorsal manipulation and/or nasal splint. It is possible that you are feeling the edges of the nasal bones as you say. It is also possible that a graft was placed over the dorsum and you are feeling its edges. I think the best course of action would be to get in touch with your surgeon and to address your concerns with him or her.
